Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that your order may take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand seasons or special sales events, shipping processing may take 7 to 14 business days.


SHIPPING PROCESS

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are automatically applied to your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid returned packages and additional shipping charges.

Once the order is in the possession of the carrier (USPS), TASHY BOUTIQUE cannot provide an estimated delivery date, but your package can be tracked using the tracking number provided.

STOLEN, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. However, TASHY BOUTIQUE is not responsible once packages are shipped and in the possession of USPS.

Once orders are picked up by the carrier (USPS), it is the carrier’s responsibility to safely deliver them to the customer. If a package shows as DELIVERED in the USPS system to the address provided at checkout but is not received, the customer must contact USPS directly. TASHY BOUTIQUE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have left our shipping facility.

Please double-check your address before placing an order to minimize the chance of any shipping issues. If a package is returned to our office due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
